Jessica est une jeune fille sans histoires, à l'avenir prometteur. Un soir, elle rencontre Danny, 20 ans, à qui tout semble réussir. Fascinée par sa beauté et sa gentillesse, elle s'éprend de lui mais découvre que sa confiance en lui qui semble inébranlable n'est qu'une façade et cache un passé douloureux.
