Le célèbre cinéaste Takeshi Kitano se met en quête de réaliser le film ultime pour les amateurs de cinéma du monde entier. Takeshi Kitano imagine tous les genres possibles pour ce projet. Suit à l'écran et hors-cadre une série d'événements imprévisibles liés à une catastrophe prête à changer la face du monde.
